Mail Services Guide

Special Services

All items sent by the services listed below should be accompanied by a mail identification slip clearly stating which service is required and should be kept separate from normal mail.

Special Delivery

Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day to most UK destinations. It has an automatic compensation limit of £250 with two further limits of £1,000 and £2,500 available on request for an additional fee.

Recorded Delivery

Recorded Delivery goes at same speed as first class mail with a signature on receipt. This service cannot be tracked in transit, and should not be used for valuable or irreplaceable items.

International Signed For

International Signed For provides proof of posting and a signature on delivery for non-valuable letters and small packages up to 2kg.

Airsure

Airsure has all the benefits of International Signed For, with the added benefits of special security handling and compensation cover for items of monetary value (levels vary for each country). The maximum weight limit for this service is 2kg. This service is limited to certain countries.
