For non-emergencies please complete this form and submit. If you have an emergency fault, please telephone the Estates Service Desk on extension 3333. If the emergency is outwith working hours please telephone extension 3327 or 3939.

Please provide as many details as possible.

A Service Desk Operator will advise you of a unique report number which you should retain in the event that you may need to follow up on your report.
