Estate Strategy 2002-2007

The Estate Strategy 2002-2007 has been developed by the Estate Strategy Project Board in accordance with HEFCE and SHEFC Guidance. The document provides a framework for the consideration of the University's estate in the light of the strategic priorities. It also provides a context within which more detailed capital investment plans and business cases can be developed and implemented and establishes the basis for the day to day management of the estate and the allocation of resource to it.

The prevailing Strategy will be updated in 2007/08.
