| Description | Conversion of former joinery workshop to form a new Mail Room and Security Office. The project converted a former joinery workshop into the University Mail Room and Security Office. Insulation in the building surpassed the building regulation requirement by 28% which will help in reducing the running costs. Within the Security Office is the new digital CCTV Control Room. |
