Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance

A team of 1 Clerk of Works, 1 Controls Engineer and 2 Senior Electrical/Mechanical Engineers is responsible for a team of 29 electrical and mechanical staff carrying out planned and reactive breakdown maintenance to all Estates building services, plant and equipment.

Although the following is not exhaustive lists, these are some of the main services provided by the Mechanical/Electrical staff and accessed through the Estates Fault Desk.
