Hillhead Masterplan

This is an update on the master planning exercise which is currently being carried out for the Hillhead site.

Background

The University has commenced the phased refurbishment and replacement of its student accommodation at the Hillhead site. To facilitate this, a cohesive and integrated strategy an overarching Development Plan is being progressed.

Progress Update

The initial development/planning assessment has been commissioned, which will assess the optimal development potential for the site.

Future Actions

Once completed consultation of the Development Plan will commence with stakeholders. In tandem, work will commence on the financial modelling and procurement strategies to deliver the Development Plan.
