Accommodation for Staff

The University has around 145 houses/flats available for rent to University staff, all of which are around the Old Aberdeen campus and are on a bus route to Foresterhill and the City Centre.

Properties range from bedsit/one bedroom to four bedrooms. Many of the properties are unfurnished but the University has a select range of furnished properties (single and family) available, often for short lets.

All properties have been refurbished and most have full gas central heating. Furnishings are modern and of good quality. Please see general information for further details on the service that the Housing Office can provide.

Shared properties, usually 2 to 4 persons sharing, are also available to rent. Each tenant has his/her own bedroom but shares kitchen/bathroom/living room facilities. Please see shared information (Word) for further details.
