Situated within the University Office at Regent Walk, the General Office is responsible for administrative support for the Estates Section. The General Office also accommodates the Service Desk and is a first point of contact for callers and visitors to the Estates Section. It is manned from 9am to 5pm weekdays. Outwith these times, emergency enquiries can be handled by the Security Services (27-3327).

The General Office staff is involved with the processing of Estates invoices and has responsibility for the issuing of car parking permits, logging faults/jobs and a key cutting service.
