Erasmus unit office hours during the Easter break

Over the Easter break we will be making some temporary changes to our office arrangements and hours.

Erasmus Unit Drop-In

If you have a quick query or wish to drop off and/or collect documents, the Erasmus Unit Drop-In hours will be as follows:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 12pm

 Find us in Infohub, on the ground floor of The Hub.

 Erasmus Unit Appointments

If you wish to discuss any serious issues or queries relating to your Erasmus stay then you can book a 10 minute appointment with the Institutional Erasmus Co-ordinator.  Appointments can be booked online, during the following hours:

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 2pm – 4pm
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am – 12pm

For these appointments, please report directly to the Institutional Erasmus Co-ordinator’s office, Room 202, on the 2^nd floor of The Hub.

We will return to normal office arrangements when semester recommences on Monday 15 April.  As always, you can contact the Erasmus Unit at any time via email erasmus@abdn.ac.uk
