Students Abroad: Update on 2nd Allocation of Mobility Grant

Second Allocation of Mobility Grant in Process.

The funding for the second allocation of the ERASMUS Mobility Grant has finally been received. The amount will be the sterling equivalent of 147 Euros/FULL month or pro rata. If we do not have final dates, this will be calculated conservatively, as in the first payment. Where final dates have been received, re-calculations are being done and final payments will be made.

We are working hard to set up the second allocation payments and are aiming for them to be processed in order for you to receive them next week (remember that payments are processed weekly on a Monday). If you have outstanding paperwork from the beginning of your stay (Confirmation of Arrival/Learning or Training Agreements), you will not receive the grant.

Remember that you must submit the final paperwork and complete the online report for the end of your stay. See the previous news article for full information. If you completed a first semester placement, all paperwork must be submitted NOW. Failure to submit confirmation of the completion of your first semester placement or the final report will delay the payment of the second allocation of your grant.
