Engineering Institutions

Undergraduate Engineers intending to follow a professional engineering career should consider student membership of the appropriate Engineering Institution.

The Departmental representatives for the five main Engineering Institutions are:

Institution of Civil Engineers- Dr Ana Ivanovic

Institution of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE) & The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)- Dr David Hendry

Institution of Mechanical Engineers- Dr Alfred Akisanya

Institution of Structural Engineers- Dr Mohammed Imbabi
