Keynote: Collaborative Professional Enquiry and Trojan Horses

Drawing on qualitative research using event and discourse analysis this talk explores the effects of teachers’ changing their practice to accommodate collaboration.  It looks at the dynamics of learning and development on a Chartered Teacher Programme and raises questions about notions of structuration and agency in practice-focused CPD focusing in particular on the relationship between schooling and development as pedagogies for change
