The University of Aberdeen is offering this work-based, 15 credit (level 9) course, designed for Further Education professionals. As professionals we know that you are committed to your students and your college, are aware that your attitude and behaviour influences your practice. You want to do the best job you can whilst balancing pressures from within and outside of your job role.
Supporting Successful Learners (SSL) can help you understand your role as a professional; allow you to revisit your own professional objectives and the reasons why you do your job; give you new insight into your learners and your college to help you manage the pressures of your work; and allow you to identify how you can be better at what you do.
