‘Research Report on Inspiring Students and
their Teachers with TI-Nspire'
Recently the University of Aberdeen has published a report entitled "Teachers’ views on dynamically linked multiple representations and relational understanding of mathematics - an investigation into the use of TI-Nspire™ in Scottish secondary schools" by Dr Allan Duncan. The report presents findings from one year research project carried out over 2008-09 which explored whether the use of the TI-Nspire™ technology enhanced students’ understanding of the mathematics when being experienced in multiple representations and whether teachers changed their classroom practice in accordance with the Curriculum for Excellence.
