The BA in Social Pedagogy is delivered by the University of Aberdeen in collaboration with Camphill School Aberdeen (CSA). The degree is recognised by the Scottish Social Services Council as a professional qualification for workers in the care sector.
Social pedagogy is concerned with well-being, learning and development within a supportive relational context and is underpinned by humanistic values and principles which view people as active and resourceful agents.
The programme equips graduates with the appropriate knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to meet the changing needs of social care and education in the 21st Century across a range of settings.
