Mobile MyAberdeen: Institutional purchase of Blackboard Mobile Learn

Following the student survey conducted by IT Services last year, which revealed that students most desired mobile service was for MyAberdeen, we are pleased to announce that the University has recently purchased Blackboard Mobile Learn.

What difference will the Mobile Learn App make?

Staff and students will be able to download a free app to their mobile device which will enable them to access, and interact with, their MyAberdeen courses through an interface designed specifically for mobile devices.  The app will work on iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), Android, Blackberry and Palm mobile devices.

Not all features of MyAberdeen are available through the app and not all features will work on all mobile devices. Key features, guides and tips for making your course more mobile-friendly, frequently asked questions can be found at www.abdn.ac.uk/elearning/myaberdeen/mobile/staff.

How can I get the app?

Search for Mobile Learn in the Apple App Store, Android Market, Blackberry AppWorld or Palm Store. For further details, please visit www.abdn.ac.uk/elearning/myaberdeen/mobile/download
