Important information for PRS users
Please rename your "Interwrite Response" folder on yoru H: drive to "Old Interwrite Response" so that you do not encounter database errors and/or CLASS creation errors when you run PRS from a lectern PC.
What is happening?
On a lectern PC your PRS session and data will now run and be saved to your H: drive. However, this has results in some PRS users experiencing database errors and/or CLASS creation errors.
What should you do?
Please rename the “Interwrite Response” folder on your H: drive to something else e.g. “Old Interwrite Response” . A new folder will then get created automatically on your next use of PRS, ensuring you do not receive the errors noted above.
