Rollover of courses in MyAberdeen

Rollover will start on the 30 July 2012 and will finish on the 17 August 2012. School of Education courses will be rolled over first, as their teaching starts towards the end of August.

Course rollover involves creating 2012-13 versions of your courses (or programme areas) by copying content from the 2011-12 versions of your course. No student data is copied across, just content (this includes quizzes/tests). If a previous version of a 2012-13 course does not exist, a new course area will be created based on the appropriate School/discipline 'flexible' template.

Work on giving staff access to their course areas will take place between Monday 20 August and Friday 31 August (School of Education staff will have access earlier than the 20 August).
