Registration
Registration for the conference is now open.
The early registration fees are the following:
- Academic staff: 280 GBP (early registration)
- Students: 150 GBP (early registration)
The registration fee includes the welcome reception on Sunday the 16th of September and the conference dinner on Wednesday the 19th of September.
The deadline for the early registration is the 1st of August. The fees for late registration are the following:
- Academic staff: 310 GBP
- Students: 180 GBP
On site registration
It is possible to pay by credit card or in cash (GBP).
- Sunday (18:00-20:00), during the welcome reception in King's College Centre (Building 27) on King's College Campus.
- Monday, Tuesday (8:00-13:00) at New King's (Building 19) on King's College Campus.
Accommodation
There is a wide variety of accommodation available in Aberdeen from 4 star hotels to cosy Bed and Breakfast Guest Houses. Accommodation for the conference is being handled by the Aberdeen Convention Bureau who have negotiated special conference rates with a range of hotels in the City.
