Kirby Laing Foundation Makes Substantial Grant

Divinity at Aberdeen has recently been the recipient of a substantial grant from the Kirby Laing Foundation. In continuation of a long relationship with Aberdeen, the Kirby Laing Foundation has generously awarded a grant for the funding of the Kirby Laing Chair in New Testament for a further 20 years. The grant comes at a time of unprecedented growth within biblical studies at Aberdeen and at a time when the University has identified Divinity as of key strategic importance to its future plans.
