Divinity and Religious Studies Rated Among Top Research Departments in the U.K.

Publication of the results of the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) has confirmed the status of the Department of Divinity and Religious Studies as one of the leading research departments in its field. With 80 percent of its assessed research rated at 4* (world-leading) or 3* (internationally excellent), the department has been ranked second in the UK and first in Scotland in the Times Higher Education tables.
