Registration forms

  • RF1: Staff computing account - new user registration form - [Online form]
    • for new members of staff only, to self-register for their first, personal computing account
    • Note this online form replaces the previous paper version. To find out more about the new service, see our news item.
  • RF8: Application for additional computing account - [Word doc]
    • for a project or conference account, or to manage an Outlook Calendar or room bookings
    • Note: If the owner of this account, as named on the form, leaves the University, the account will be closed automatically unless an alternative owner is identified before they leave. Please notify the Service Desk of any change in ownership.
  • RF10: Application for student group, club or society - [Word doc]
    • for use by a student group, club, or society requesting an account on the University computing systems for use on group, club or society business
  • RF12: Application for web pages account - [Word doc]
    • for use by University of Aberdeen staff requiring an account which will be used to publish web pages on behalf of a department, departmental group or project
    • Note: If the owner of this account, as named on the form, leaves the University, the account will be closed automatically unless an alternative owner is identified before they leave. Please notify the Service Desk of any change in ownership. 
  • RF21: Online registration for MySQL administrator account [Online form - Uni login required]
    • Note: not for web accounts
  • RF23: Online registration for Subversion repository account [Online form - Uni login required]
  • RF24: Online request form for Guest accounts and Guest+SharePoint accounts [Online form - Uni login required]

  • Registration of datasets administrator for provision of data and software to teaching classrooms
  • Application for a Subject Area in the Course Handbook Library
  • Application for a lease of private filespace
  • Subsidising Student Printing Budgets
    • Note: Requests for student printing budgets must be accompanied by a Purchase Order number for the total value of budget requested. Please raise a PO through your DFP before submitting your request.
