Service Desk - Service Summary

The IT Service Desk provide the single point of contact for all of your IT needs, help and queries at the University.

The Service Desk teams aim to resolve most problems or answer questions at the initial point of contact but, in certain circumstances, may have to pass the query to a technical specialist for in-depth assistance.

The service is available to UoA staff (including temporary/honorary staff, and research postgraduates) and students with a valid HR or student record. The teams are also able to provide certain services to visitors to the institution.
