  • Request to support delivery of University/College strategic aims and objectives
  • Request to attend various forums and provide  updates on IT Services related activities
  • Request to clarify, update, or review IT service offering 
  • Request to present on/promote IT Services  
  • Request to scope IT business requirements for customer led change
  • Request to manage customer/IT Services interactions where issues or concerns have been raised and not resolved through the Service Desk and Service Desk management
