The Relationship Management team focuses on strategic IT development, change management and internal project management, as well as ensuring DIT provides an effective and timely operational service.
The Relationship Managers are committed to working closely with colleges, schools, disciplines, and departments to ensure that the Directorate is providing you with the IT services and support you need to achieve your organisational aims and objectives. The Project Managers provide a valuable resource within DIT, developing and delivering University-wide IT projects. See details of current and past IT projects managed by the team.
General Office staff provide a vital support service to all DIT staff, and to customers with hardware and software requirements.
