The level of details displayed
in the external and internal versions of the on-line directory may be
adjusted to suit the personal preferences of the individual to which they
refer. A description of the preference options is available through
the About Preferences
link below.
To set your preferences
Follow the Set
Preferences link below.
You will be prompted for your username and password as identification.
Please note that your new preferences
will not take immediate effect. The directory is updated overnight.
Viewing your details
To view your own details, use
the Search by name
option to look for yourself in the internal directory.
To view your details as they will
appear to an external user of the directory, use External
Search.
