Epidemiological studies of snow sports injuries

These studies are led by Dr Mike Langran, a GP in Aviemore and honorary researcher at CRH. Mike has extensive experience in the field of snow sports injuries. These studies focus on the pattern and nature of injuries sustained by skiers in Scotland and adopt case control methodology to explore risk factors, with a view to developing preventive strategies.
