The Scottish Government's Fresh Talent (Post Study Work) Initiative provides an avenue for International students to remain, and work, in the UK for a period of time following successfully completing studies in the UK.
The Post Study Work visa gives 2 years’ leave to enter/remain in the UK (Scotland, England, Northern Ireland, Wales) and allows you to work for any employer in the UK without the need of further sponsorship.
Applications for the visa are made to the UK Border Agency – however, the Relocation Advisory Service (RAS) has an immigration adviser who can provide free advice on any aspect of the process. RAS can also give advice on relocation matters, like finding a job, accommodation, healthcare.
