At the centre of the Conference Centre is King’s Auditorium, an impressive venue featuring large stained-glass windows, a striking barrel-vaulted ceiling, a balcony, and individual conference desks.
Equipped with advanced audio visual technology including video conferencing and an integrated delegate voting system the Auditorium combines cutting-edge functionality with a distinctive setting, making it truly unique within the region.
Each conference desk is fitted with its own microphone, lighting, and AV controls, enabling delegates to easily request to speak or participate in votes. The voting system allows the Chairperson to gather opinions in real time, with results displayed on a dedicated digital panel at the speaker’s desk.
Additional seating is available in the balcony area, offering extra capacity, although these seats do not include individual desk facilities.
