An invitation to the best Staff Christmas Party EVER on Friday 20th December 2013.

The changes to the term dates in 2014 means the University will no longer be able to run the popular Staff  Christmas party in December…So make sure you take advantage of this one time, last time, about time, brilliant offer!

For this final December Staff Party, Campus Services are offering an all
new, interactive format with an all you can eat buffet, close up magic and
an amazing hypnotist show. All details are shown below…

FROM 3 - 4.30PM: DRINKS & FESTIVE CANAPÉS
Can’t make it at 3pm? We have made this event much more flexible.
You can come at any point during the day from 3pm until 7pm, when the
main show will begin... The party starts when you want it to!
But remember the canapés are only served until 4.30! And food is served from 5pm.

3.30 - 5.30PM: FUN CASINO
Feeling lucky? Play on our Christmas Casino.
We will have a number of tables spread around the room for you to play and try your luck.
It's all for fun though!

4.30 - 6.30PM: CLOSE UP MAGIC SHOW
We have a fantastic show for you to watch while you are eating your meal.
See close up magic performed before your very eyes.

5 - 7PM: FESTIVE CARVERY BUFFET DINNER
Fill up at our delicious all you can eat buffet extravaganza.
It is the season to have seconds...

STARTS 7PM: COMEDY HYPNOSIS SHOW
Watch the famous Alan Bates hypnotise your colleagues and friends - or even you!
With a career spanning over 25 years and having hypnotised hundreds of stars worldwide,
let Alan entertain you at this fantastic show.

Come on! What can be more fun than watching your work mate dancing like a chicken?

FROM 9.30PM: CARRIAGES
Going into town after? We’re even supplying free buses to the city centre.
First bus departs at 9.30pm and will run until 10.30pm.
Don't feel under pressure to leave straight away - stick around!

Final payment of balance should arrive no later than 21st November 2013.
Payments for the bookings can be made either in person at Crombie Reception
or collected by a Porter from your office. Please arrange the porter pick up
with the Conference and Events Team.

Free drinks are limited to a glass of wine, bottle of selected beer or a soft drink.
