Master of Arts in Scandinavian Studies (Joint Programmes)

The MA in Scandinavian Studies will be available on the UCAS website from September 2010

The Joint degree in Scandinavian Studies will start in 2011.

The degree will be available as a joint degree with one of the following subjects:

  • History
  • English
  • Archaeology
  • German
  • Celtic Studies

Students will also be undertaking courses for the other half of their degree and also to choose from two other subjects in their first year. The following table includes all current courses available specifically on Scandinavian topics. These are subject to change, and there will be more subjects available as the degree develops.

Sustained Studies Programme: Scandinavian Language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian)

The Centre will be offering a two year course in Scandinavian Language starting in 2011-12.
