Eligible (Scottish domiciled and EU) full-time or part-time students who have accepted a postgraduate place on a course eligible for a postgraduate loan can apply directly to the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) for a loan to cover up to £3,400 towards their tuition fees.
