The offices listed below can offer you support and advice which is strictly confidential, independent and non-judgemental.

International students can find additional support at www.abdn.ac.uk/central/international.
Counselling Service
The Counselling Service helps students who are experiencing difficulty accommodating to university life or dealing with personal concerns. You may opt to speak to one of the counsellors or have a look at the self-help materials, CDs, leaflets, books available in their library. To learn more about the services and options for help visit: www.abdn.ac.uk/counselling/
Chaplaincy
The Chaplaincy at 25 High Street is a place of welcome for people of all faiths and none. The Chaplaincy serves as a spiritual and social centre for students and staff. We offer information, care, and space for groups to meet, worship, share meals, discuss and build community. The University Chaplain works alongside a team of interdenominational and faith chaplains to provide support to anyone of any background within the community. Please come and see us if some one you know could use support or a visit.
The Student Advice & Support Office
Located in the Hub, this office includes Disability Advisers, International Student Advisers and Student Support Advisers. It has more than 11,000 enquiries each session and the reception is open from 0930 to 1630, Monday to Friday.
International Student Advisers have a long experience working with international students and are available to give advice, information and support on a wide variety of topics. If you are unsure where to seek help, this office would be a good first stop: www.abdn.ac.uk/central/international/.
Disability Advisers work with all areas of the University Community to ensure that students have an equal opportunity to enjoy the full benefit of their University experience. Their work encompasses disability in the broadest sense and includes making arrangements for students who require support as a result of injury or illness: www.abdn.ac.uk/disability/
