The main advice in each of these sections is to START EARLY!  Closing dates for applications for the most popular graduate jobs or work experience programmes can fall around Christmas, with other companies have "rolling closing dates" - ie the job vacancies remain open until the last place is filled.  This can be unpredictable so we advise applying early to be in with the best chance.

The Careers Service spends a vast amount of time putting vacancies onto our database on a daily basis.  These are searchable from our website, but you can also register to get email updates.  The vacancy system is hosted by Prospects, which means that linking to vacancies may take you away from the main University of Aberdeen pages.  The vacancies are still controlled by us to ensure they are relevant to our students.
