Qualifications: BPharm, (Hons) PhD, FR PharmS, FFPHM, M Ed, FHEA

Appointments: Professor of Primary Care: Pharmacy, Head of Centre of Academic Primary Care; Primary Care Section Lead

Research Interests: Drug utilisation, medicines management (prescribed and non-prescribed), general practice – community pharmacy interface; smoking cessation; clinical guidelines, drug misuse, clinical trials.

Teaching Interests: Prescribing, communications skills, critical appraisal, research methods, research project work in undergraduate/Masters courses, PhD supervision.

Other Interests : Consultant in Pharmaceutical Public Health, NHS Grampian (part-time secondment)
