Debbie Watson is currently General Manager at Gala Coral Group in Aberdeen. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Aberdeen with a MA (Hons) in English with Language and Linguistics and went into a graduate management training programme with Gala Bingo. She is taking part as a mentor in the University of Aberdeen Career Mentoring Programme for the first time this year and is also undertaking a CIPD advanced qualification in her spare time.
Lilli-Sinda Tam is in her final year in a MA (Hons)in Management Studies at the University of Aberdeen. She took part in the University of Aberdeen Career Mentoring Programme as a Mentee in 2011/12 and was matched with Patricica Tomlin, Consultant, who specialises in Change Management in the Company WildCat One which is based in Edinburgh. Wildcat One(http://www.wildcat-one.com/index.php) provides tailored consultancy solutions, designed to improve organisational capability and resilience. Lilli-Sinda Tam grew up in Sweden and has studied and gained work experience both nationally and internationally within the media (Xfactor, Britain’s Got Talent, Gladiators) marketing and law.
