The Careers Service runs targeted fairs on campus during the Autumn term, as well as collaborating with the Robert Gordon University to host a recruitment fair for all work sectors in the Spring. These events are visited by students and graduates who are looking for information on graduate jobs, work experience opportunities and recruitment processes.
This is an opportunity for you as an employer to meet with our students and graduates to discuss opportunities and raise your profile. For students and graduates it is a chance to network with potential future employers and understand their recruitment needs. It is worthwhile considering combining this option with a subsequent on-campus presentation/session.
Thursday 29th September 2016, 11am - 3pm. Elphinstone Hall, King's College.
This is an annual Fair attended by 30-40 Law firms each year.
This Fair focuses on firms and other law related organisations advertising work experience and traineeships for Scots LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice students, as well as opportunities to train in England. Additionally, we now have a cohort of LLB Scots Law with English Law students entering 3rd year in 2016/17.
Booking is now open...places are limited and are allocated on a 'first come' basis, so we encourage early registration.
20th October 2015. Elphinstone Hall, King's College.
This fair is aimed at the Engineering, Energy, Oil & Gas, and related sectors. We welcome companies of all sizes to have the chance to spend the day interacting with our students. We have a large number of academic programmes related to these sectors at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
This event will be held in Aberdeen city centre in March 2017. Exact date and venue to be confirmed.
Every year we collaborate with the Robert Gordon University to host the North of Scotland Graduate Recruitment Fair at a venue in Aberdeen city centre. Attending the fair will give you access to a wide variety of penultimate and final year students as well as graduates from both institutions. The event brings together a variety of local, national and international employers from all sectors, and of all sizes, who wish to promote their graduate and work experience opportunities.
