A prayer to God the Father, asking that, as St Mary Magdalen was pardoned for her sins, so she may secure for us eternal bliss with him.

Prayer, Deus qui dedisti.

A prayer to God (see folio 26v; BES, 3, p 1103), who gave the law to Moses on Mount Sinai and by whose command St Catherine was buried there. The author asks that through her intercession we may attain the mountain which is Christ.
