A hymn celebrating the Holy Cross (RH, 3, p 144), the sign which drives out evil and protects good).

lignum super omnia ligna.

redimens a morte maligna.\

Crux fugat omne malum
crux est reparacio rerum.\
Per crucis hoc signum

A prayer to God, asking that, through the veneration of the symbols of our redemption, we may be delivered and rejoice in eternal joy.
