Folio 57v f57v Text: The quail, its migration. Illustration: This rather characterless and legless portrait shows the correct tawny colour of the quail but is the wrong shape. The quail has a plump body and minimal tail. This is a Physiologus subject. Rubrics return in quire 'I'. One initial, type 2.
