What is Technology for Learning?
These days, technology plays a crucial role in much of what we do and education is no different. Technology for Learning aims to focus on the technologogies that individual students can use to become more effective, independant learners.
This initiative will start with introductory workshops covering four themes of: Planning, Writing, Reading and Capturing. Click on a link to find out more about these themes or see below for information on booking a workshop place.
Workshops
These workshops are designed to introduce people to some core technologies and strategies that can help them in their studies. They are open to all and take place in Taylor A1.
To book:
- Visit the Booking website
- Log in using your University log-in ID and password.
- Click the heading Other Courses
- Click the check box(es) of the workshop(s) you wish to attend
- Click the Book Courses button
