Meeting 1: Workshop to define the case
study areas.
- The first meeting was hosted by the Fins in Turku in April
2001. The objective of the meeting was to discuss the candidate
study sites, to present the reasons for their selection and to
agree on a course of action for the Socioreview, Bioreview and
Environmental review workpackages. The goals were met and a plan
was agreed by all for the following year.

Meeting 2: Annual co-ordination meeting
and bio-, socio, and enviroreview workshops:
Our second meeting was hosted by the Scots in Aberdeen in
October 2001. The objectives of the meeting were to co-ordinate
the submission of reports to the Commision and to discuss the
input and outcomes of the review workpackages.

Meeting 3: Sociodata,
Biodata, Synthesis and Environmental workshops:
- Our third meeting was hosted by the Portuguese in Faro in
April 2002. The agenda for the meeting included workshops on
the data collection workpackages, another to evaluate the progress
in the environmental review and another discussing the input
of all disciplines into the Synthesis workpackage.

Meeting 4: Socioanalysis,
Bioanalysis, Synthesis and Environmental workshops:
Our fourth meeting was hosted by the IMBC in Heraklion in
October 2002. The agenda for the meeting included workshops on
the data collection and analysis workpackages, another to evaluate
the progress in the environmental review and another discussing
the progress into Synthesis workpackage. We had a small workshop
with industry and enjoyed a presentation from Lamans Management
Service SA. |
