Registration & Accommodation

You are able to register for this conference in three ways:

  1. If you wish to pay by credit card please click here for on-line registration
  2. If you wish to pay by cheque or BACS transfer, please download a pdf of the registration form by clicking here.
  3. If you wish to request an invoice please download a pdf of the registration form by clicking here however, please note that the invoice MUST be paid in full before the conference. If it is not paid, you will be asked to pay by credit card upon arrival at the conference. Exceptions will not be made. If you request an invoice please ensure that there is sufficient time for this to be processed and paid by your institution before the conference.

Registration fee:

  • Professors, GPs and Physicians - £295.00
  • Social Workers, Nurses, Dieticians, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Junior Doctors, Teachers, Youth Workers and other Non-Medics - £195.00

The 2 day conference fee includes:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions
  • Entrance to the evening Public Lecture (3rd May)
  • Morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon tea on both conference days
  • CPD Accreditation
  • Conference Documentation
  • Invitation to conference dinner (3rd May)

You can pay by credit card, cheque, bank transfer or request an invoice. Please select the appropriate option above . The on-line registration system will only take registrations paid for by credit card. Please ensure that you have read the booking terms and conditions and the cancellation policy before you book. These are detailed on the pdf booking form and also the on-line form.

Accommodation

There is a great variety of accommodation available in Aberdeen, with the associated range in prices. However please note that we advise early booking of all types of accommodation.

The Conference Organisers have negotiated preferential rates at a number of hotels for delegates attending this conference. Please note that all delegates will need to make their own way to and from the Conference Centre each day.

Catering

The conference registration fee includes morning tea, lunch and coffee for each of the conference days (Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th May) as well as the conference dinner on Thursday 3rd May. All catering will be provided adjacent to the Fleming Auditorium at the AECC.
