Anatomy Bequests

The University of Aberdeen is pleased to accept whole body bequests for supporting teaching and research for medical and science students. All donations are accepted under the Anatomy Act 1984, as amended by The Human Tissue (Scotland) Act 2006. We provide an explanatory leaflet giving details of how to donate your body. We can then provide a simple form to indicate your wishes should you decide to proceed with the donation. (Donations under The Anatomy Act can only be accepted if the donor, in their lifetime, provides a written declaration that this is their wish.)
