Introduction
The Learning & Teaching Framework sets out the University’s vision for learning and teaching and serves as a tool to aid College and School planning. The Framework is a valuable tool for self-evaluation of learning and teaching across the institution, at both programme and course level, and will provide the foundations upon which Curriculum Reform will be built.
As indicated in diagram (1) which follows, the framework addresses three key themes: a Learner Focused Curriculum, Support and Development (for both students and staff) and the Learning Environment, each of which is then expanded upon in the text.
