Centre:
Sextant Group (Social-Economic Research and Consultancy) is made up of a multi-disciplinary group of social scientists with expertise in social research, social law, health, welfare and social policy, the labour market and human resources development. The Group has close ties with selected universities, NGOs and state bodies. Its members have written and published widely nationally and internationally. Their research has included projects of relevance to older people, the use of hospital and other services and health. Recently the Greek partners have closed SEXTANT Company and moved activities, including the research on ACMEplus, to the Department of Health Services Management, National School for Public Health.
