Please note that although you complete the online application for accommodation through the University, this will be passed to Unite to process as your contract with be with them not the University.

 

King Street Exchange

Choosing King Street Exchange means you're choosing more than just a room to use while you study. Each and every room and flat is designed to be a home from home offering a great place to work, rest and play.

Flats will be shared with up to 5 other students with a kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle and a living room with comfy chairs for somewhere to socialise. Our rooms all have internet connection and energy costs included in your rental payment, desk, en-suite bathroom, bed with mattress (bring along bedding), plenty of storage, sink and vanity mirror, pin boards and own lockable door with key card. Unite Student Living portfolio also provides 24 hr CCTV and on-site assistance, on-site laundry & vending, secure bike storage and car parking (limited parking is available for an additional weekly cost).

 

Spring Gardens

Right in the heart of the city, Spring Garden is only a 5/10 minute bus journey or a 15 minute walk from the University Kings College Campus and on good public tranport routes for Foresterhill. Spring Garden is surrounded by shopping, supermarkets, bars and clubs. Each flat is shared with up to 5/6 other students. There are two bathrooms, kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, living room with comfy chairs and somewhere to socialise.

Your Room has internet connection and energy included in your rental payment, desk, bed with mattress (bring along your own bedding), plenty of storage, sink & vanity mirror, pin boards and own lockable door with key card.

 

Mealmarket Exchange

Also situated close to the city centre (5 minutes walk from one of the main shopping centres).  Mealmarket Exchange is a 5/10 minute bus journey or a 20 minute walk from the University Kings College Campus.  Each flat is shared with 5 students all with ensuite rooms.  Internet access, contents insurance and all utility bills are included in the price.  The property has an on-site laundry & vending, secure bike storage and some car parking is available at an additional cost. 

 

Student Resident Assistants

The University Student Resident Assistants will still be there to support you through student life, they will not be residing in the Unite Halls but you will be able to contact them if you require support via the University.
