King Street Exchange – limited availability
Choosing King Street Exchange means you're choosing more than just a room to use while you study. Each and every room and flat is designed to be a home from home offering a great place to work, rest and play.
Flats will be shared with up to 5 other students with a kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave and kettle and a living room with comfy chairs for somewhere to socialise. Our rooms all have internet connection and energy costs included in your rental payment, desk, en-suite bathroom, bed with mattress (bring along bedding), plenty of storage, sink and vanity mirror, pin boards and own lockable door with key card. Unite Student Living portfolio also provides 24 hr CCTV and on-site assistance, on-site laundry & vending, secure bike storage and car parking (limited parking is available for an additional weekly cost). Contract will be for 49 weeks commencing 21 September 2013, £115 per week.
Student Resident Assistants
The University Student Resident Assistants will still be there to support you through student life, they will not be residing in the Unite Halls but you will be able to contact them if you require support via the University.
