Helpful tips before you chat

• Be careful about how much personal information you give to others in the chat room. Do not give out your personal details in the chat room.
• Be patient if you have to wait for a reply from others in the chat room. It can get busy and sometimes take a moment or two for participants to catch-up!

How to log into a chat
You are invited to take part in live web chats with Univeristy staff and alumni during the event

To log in to a chat select the "Click Here to Join a Chat" link above. This will take you to a new web page.

When a chat is taking place it will be listed under "Current Group Chats." Before joining the chat, you will need to register for a chat event by clicking the link at the top of the page, and entering the requested details. Once you have registered, select the "User log-in" link of the chat currently taking place. Enter your username and password and join the chat!
