Welcome
- About the project
- This is a pilot project investigating the application of a 3D Stereoscopic Projection system for Anatomy Education, with mooted options to investigate other disciplines, such as Microbiology and Molecular Biology.

- Overview
- The Joint Medical Visualisation Project is a one year long pilot project initiated in August 2008 to assess the feasibility of 3D projection as a lecture delivery mechanism which should constitute an enhancement to current and traditional anatomy teaching methods.
- Aims
- Within 3 - 6 months the project should produce a useable PowerPoint-like interface to facilitate collation and projection of diverse stereoscopic content and undergo a first practical application delivering a course of Anatomy Lectures.
- Requirements
- Achieving the above objective will require projection equipment, an interface, and a library of stereographic content.
